Noah W, Toulady, Mercurius S and Klasse EB show their potential at C.H. de Wolden
Stoeterij Sterrehof was well represented at the CSI Zuidwolde. Several of our horses competed under various riders at this traditional international Dutch competition, also known as C.H. de Wolden. Noah W and Toulady were on a roll with Stoeterij Sterrehof rider Edward van den Bragt. Noah jumped in the classes for 5yo horses and impressed every day. On Friday Sterrehof’s Calimero’s niece even finished 8th in this competitive field.

Both 6yo horses
Toulady managed to qualify for the top 50 final of the CSI1* 1.20/1.25m tour in a large field of no less than 97 combinations. In the final class she had one jumping fault, but just like the previous days (0 and 4) Edward’s good feeling prevailed and the daughter of Toulon managed to convince in the course.
The also 6yo Mercurius S came into action in the young horse classes. Under Maxime van Andel, Sterrehof’s Ushi’s grandson and recent winner of the Sterrehof Trophy at Outdoor Gelderland once again showed his potential for the bigger work by jumping consistently several days in a row.

Good feeling
Finally, the still only 8yo Klasse EB (picture on top) jumped with Marc in the CSI2* 1.40/1.45m, Silver tour. Although they couldn’t continue their string of clear rounds -including a 0 result in the Stoeterij Sterrehof Price on Friday- on the final day, also here the gained experience and the good feeling this horse gave was what counted.
