Ushi’s foal selected for Zangersheide Quality Auction

Our top-class foal Bella Ushi S Z will be auctioned on Friday September 22 at the prestigious Zangersheide Quality Auction, traditionally held during the World Breeding Championships for Young Horses in Lanaken.

The striking Bella Ushi is a real eye-catcher both in type, movement and genetic background, being the daughter of the sought-after Grand Prix stallion Balou du Reventon (Cornet Obolensky out of the dam of Balou du Rouet) and our own Grand Prix mare Sterrehof’s Ushi. Ushi herself is by world champion Vigo d’Arsouilles and bred directly out of the very famous Narcotique de Muze II/Qerly Chin dam line. Out of Ushi we have already bred Goliath S (1.45m-level) and Henna S, who in turn is the dam of the big talents Kynan S (1.45m) and Mercurius S (1.30m and winner of the Sterrehof Trophy at Outdoor Gelderland).

Special surrogate dam

Extra special about Bella Ushi S Z is her foster dam. This Sterrehof’s Centolina jumped at international level herself, is a half-sister to three 1.60m horses and known as an excellent mother. So we are counting down towards Friday and hope for a nice result and a new owner who can be very happy with this striking filly.
