Sterrehof’s Edinus among the prize winners at Jumping Zwolle

Our indoor season 2019/2020 has been opened by Sterrehof’s Edinus and Sterrehof’s Calimero during CSI3* Jumping Zwolle. Edinus was Marc’s asset for the main classes, while this great close-to-home international show was mainly a season warming-up for Calimero, who jumped several 1.40m/1.45m classes.

Edinus started strongly on Thursday without any jumping faults. Marc took his time in this 1.50m class, which cost him two penalty points. One day later our duo did press the accelerator pedal. In the 1.50m main class, they were part of the in total seven double clears and finished on fifth place. Their good form was still present in the difficult Grand Prix on Sunday. Unfortunately, a single jumping fault kept our combination outside the jump-off, with only five clears. They ended fifteenth in a field of 52 combinations.
