Dante and Edinus regain competition rhythm in Saint-Tropez
For the first time since the corona crisis outbreak, Marc has competed with our horses at an international show. Saint-Tropez is at the moment the place to be for the international top riders. This weekend the third week of the Hubside Jumping Grimaud was scheduled and this French show offered Sterrehof’s Dante and Sterrehof’s Edinus an opportunity to regain rhythm at five-star level in the first place. Beside that both horses also noted some neat results.
Dante, who competed for the first time since her victory in the World Cup of Jumping Amsterdam, 156 days ago, had her highlight on Friday in the 1.55m class with a jump-off. After a clear round a jumping fault in the jump-off followed. She and Marc missed the lap of honour by a margin of three hundredths of a second. Edinus realised a strong performance on Sunday. A double clear result in the 1.50m two-phases class made him finish 13th.
