Our choice for the Sportfonds ParaPaard is quite an obvious one. This para-equestrian foundation has many parallels with our business, striving for the highest possible quality and the best possible results. We invite you to have a look at one of the accommodations offering para-equestrian activities. You’ll be surprised and touched even by these athletes’ motivation and enthusiasm and their ability to make the most of themselves, without any negative ambition, but with so much fun and enjoyment.
And then there’s the quality of life that really increases through horses. We have witnessed a heavily spastic and retarded girl finally being able to relax, lying on a bed on the back of two horses. The horses’ scent and warmth eased her and the rocking movements relaxed her muscles, all adding to the quality of life. These organisations offering para-equestrian activities also value quality and sustainability. Sportfonds ParaPaard supports this cause, immaterially as well as materially. We at Sterrehof Stud underline the significance of this and therefore support Sportfonds ParaPaard. Because we feel everybody counts.
