In order to be able to provide you with good service, we process (personal) information about you. Stoeterij Sterrehof takes your privacy very seriously and therefore handles your personal data with the utmost care. In this privacy statement you can read how we process your data and what we use it for.
Stoeterij Sterrehof B.V. is located at Vreeweg 89, 8071 SJ in Nunspeet. Stoeterij Sterrehof is responsible for the processing of your personal data within the meaning of the Dutch Data Protection Act (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens, Wbp) / the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Paramount is that Stoeterij Sterrehof adheres to the requirements of the privacy legislation in all cases. We handle your data carefully. And we will continue to do so, even if we are constantly looking for the best way for you to be able to use our services as easily and quickly as possible.
Which data do we process and what do we use the data for?
We collect (personal) data and information from you, and we process this data for different purposes.

We collect your name, email address, telephone number and IP-address to:

Communication
We use your email address to:
- inform you about the questions you have asked us via the website www.sterrehof.nl
- only with your permission: for sending newsletters and other communication. Unsubscribing from a newsletter is always possible. The newsletter contains an option to unsubscribe which you can click on.
We collect this data on the basis of the permission you have given for this purpose.
Stoeterij Sterrehof processes your personal data only on the basis of permission
Personal data may only be processed if there is a legal basis for this. The basis that we use for the processing of personal data is your unambiguous consent (article 8, paragraph a Wbp / article 4, paragraph 11 GDPR). By actively agreeing to the processing of personal data, the general conditions and privacy statement, you consent to the processing of your data by Stoeterij Sterrehof as described in this privacy statement.
Of course, you can always withdraw your consent, and we will delete your personal data from our databases and administration. This right (regarding withdrawal of consent) relates to future processing of your personal data and not to the personal data already processed by us. We cannot deliver our services without processing your data.
Do we pass your data on to third parties?
Stoeterij Sterrehof does not pass on your personal data to third parties, unless a legal obligation or court decision requires us to do so or we have specifically requested permission from you.
Appropriate protection level
For the correct operation of our services we provide your data to a number of parties within and outside Europe. Within Europe, Vimexx is responsible for the hosting of our website and Purple Media for managing our website. These parties have an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data within the meaning of the Dutch Data Protection Act (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens, Wbp) / the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Cookies
We make use of cookies on this website. A cookie is a simple, small file that is sent along with pages from this website and stored by your browser on your equipment. The information stored in it can be used during a subsequent visit to make the access to the website easier for you. For example, by loading your personal preferences. Google Analytics
Through our website, a cookie from the American company Google is placed, as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to track and get reports on how visitors use the website. Google maintains the Privacy Shield principles and is affiliated with the ‘Privacy Shield program’ of the US Department of Commerce. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.
Worden uw persoonsgegevens bewaard?
Yes, Stoeterij Sterrehof stores your data unless you ask us to delete your data. Stoeterij Sterrehof removes your data on request or makes it anonymous. Do you want Stoeterij Sterrehof to delete your data? Send an email to info@sterrehof.nl. We will delete your data from our databases and administration within 14 days or make them anonymous.
What are your rights?
Access to your data
As a customer you have the right to inspect your personal data. This means that you can request which personal data is registered and for which purposes this data is used.
Correction of your data
As a customer you have the right to have your personal data corrected if it appears that our registration is not correct (anymore). This also applies if the data has to be supplemented or modified.
Right to be forgotten
As a customer you have the right to have your personal data removed. This means that we delete your personal data from our systems. Your data can still be processed anonymously and/or aggregated in various management reports.
Right of objection
As a customer you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. We will process your objection, if this is provided with a justified substantiation, and will reply to you as soon as possible but always within three weeks.
Right to data transfer
As a customer you have the right to transfer your personal data. This means that we can make your personal data available in standard file format so that you can reuse it.
Data security
Stoeterij Sterrehof B.V. will take appropriate state of the art technical and organisational security measures to provide adequate safeguards for the monitoring and preservation of the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data. This also applies to information that can be added, removed and/or derived from this. Both input and output will be secured by Stoeterij Sterrehof B.V. against loss, theft or any unlawful and/or unauthorised form of processing.
