After the international jumping horses Sterrehof’s Felisimo (s. Sterrehof’s Opium) and Happy Boy (s. Numero Uno), Live Star is another offspring from the dam Victoria Star which we have in training. His sire Van Gogh has won several 5* Grands Prix under the saddle of Marco Kutscher and brings in the valuable blood of Libero H. Granddam Hertogin produced beside Victoria Star also Olibero-D and Melisimo, both offspring by Libero H and performing at 1.60m level. Melisimo competed at the 2009 FEI World Cup Final in Las Vegas together with her son Robin Hood W (s. Animo, rider Ben Maher).
