Nine combinations assured of participation at Outdoor Gelderland
The first selection of a total of nine for the Stoeterij Sterrehof Trophy was held this weekend on the grounds of the Riders Club of Nunspeet. A total of nine combinations, divided over three classes, qualified for the final round, which takes place from June 12 to 16 during Outdoor Gelderland in Vragender, the Netherlands.
In the 1.10m class Marcel Schoenmaker with A. Neandro-E Z, Olivia Braaksma with Nobeltje and Wichert Fikse with Entrada managed to secure their final ticket and so did Michelle Schenkel (Möhoeve E.T.), Anouk Elshof (Nadel) and Izy Waldman (Joyrider) in the 1.20m class. Finally, the 1.30 class also had a serious number of competitors. In this two-phases class Iris Hakvoort with Mr. Zaforet Blue, Julian Ton with Bayamo and Marcelle Hokse with Lania van HH secured their Outdoor Gelderland qualification. The riders who left Nunspeet empty-handed will have a second or even more chances during the coming period, with selections in Lathum (April 19 and 20), Wezep (April 19 and 20), Lichtenvoorde (April 26 and 27), Ermelo (May 5), Ridderkerk (May 11), Nijkerk (May 17 and 18), Hoevelaken (May 25) and the final competition on June 1, also in Nunspeet, but then at Sterrehof Stud that will be turned into a show ground for this occasion.

Via the Stoeterij Sterrehof Trophy we offer amateur riders a chance to start at Outdoor Gelderland and gain experience in the international setting of this event. The Stoeterij Sterrehof Trophy has become a household name in regional show jumping of the Dutch province of Gelderland and is a regular part of the Outdoor Gelderland show program. In every qualifier three combinations per class (1.10, 1.20 and 1.30m) can earn a ticket for the renowned international show at the location of PSC Lichtenvoorde in Vragender, the Netherlands.
