Fifth place in de GCT Grand Prix and second in the GCL teamcompetition for Marc and Calimero
Sterrehof’s Calimero and Marc were able to continue their fantastic season during the Longines Global Champions Tour of Paris. The fabulous jumping rounds Calimero displayed in the French capital were figuratively a highlight to us, whereas this literally taken the nearby Eiffel Tower was. In this appealing ambiance Marc and the eleven-year-old Quidam de Revel son staid clear twice during the Global Champions League competition. This result contributed strongly to the second place of Marc’s team Madrid In Motion that climbed to eighth spot of the nineteen teams in the GCL ranking.
Focus on CHIO Aachen
Our top combination also did a good job in the main class. Again Calimero nowhere even rubbed a pole in the first round of this difficult Grand Prix, after which the fourth clear round of this prestigious show could be noted in the jump-off. A beautiful fifth spot resulted in many points for the GCT ranking. Marc competed only in four shows of the ten so far in this cycle and finds himself back on eighteenth position now. After all these nice achievement Marc can focus now on the CHIO Aachen. Last year he and Calimero finished fantastically third in the Grand Prix of the most important show in the world.
