Dante and Marc also in great form at outdoor season opener
Sterrehof’s Dante and Marc have taken their great form towards the outdoor season. A week after their convincing performance in Paris they continued their success during the season opener in the Italian sun. During the main class of the fourth week Milano Jumping Challenge in Gorla Minore, no less than 21 of the 59 combinations in the starting field stayed clear. Among them Dante and Marc, who had a true challenge in the second round of this 1.50m class. They succeeded in their task and finished third after a very strongly ridden jump-off.
A day earlier, Marc and Dante also were in front at the 1.45m two phases competition. After two clears, including a fast second phase they were placed sixth.
Other clear rounds
Not only Dante was responsible for clear rounds during this Italian show. Sterrehof’s Edinus stayed clear in a 1.40m class against the clock and in a two phases at the same height. Julia too had some nice results with our horses. Sterrehof’s Cayetano Z made no mistake in a 1.45m against the clock and Claire opened with a clear in a two phases class (1.30m) and continued this result in a 1.35m class against the clock, in which she clinched a nice tenth place.
