Young horses impress in finals

During the Stephex Masters show in Brussels Marc was able to impress with the eight year old Edinus, a talented horse owned by us and Houtzager-Kayser Stable.

Marc and Edinus (s. Padinus) started the competition for 7&8 year old horses with three clear rounds in the first two classes. They saved the best for last. Amongst a strong field of sixty competitors the careful Edinus produced again a clear round in the final. In the jump-off he showed his quality as a true fighter. He made it five in a row and brought himself and Marc toward the fourth place.

A week before another talent grabbed the spotlight. The only six years old Mighty Max (picture) was in a good form during the CSI2* of Roosendaal and showed this during the final of the competition for 6&7 year old horses. Together with his rider Michael Greeve he was able to finish third at this international event in the Netherlands.
