Sterrehof's Bylou produces a beautiful filly (by United Touch)
We are pleasantly surprised by the birth of Phylou. The beautiful filly is Sterrehof’s Bylou’s very first offspring! This fantastic mare jumped up to 1.60m level herself and had a very successful international career with Marc. More than twenty times she was ranked in the top 3, including five victories among others in Villach and Oliva and at Jumping Amsterdam. Because of her sporting career, she has never been used for breeding until last year. Bylou was in foal herself and gave birth to a healthy daughter on Friday April 24. A wonderful highlight and welcome diversion in these difficult times.
Sire United Touch S
Phylou’s sire is the genetically also highly rated United Touch S. The only eight year old stallion jumps at international level with Willem Greve. As an offspring of Untouched and the dam Touch of Class he has the famous Classic Touch, 1992 Olympic champion with Ludger Beerbaum, double in the third generation of his pedigree.
With the birth of Phylou, the foal season has started at Stud Sterrehof. We look forward with great anticipation to the next births out of the combinations Sterrehof’s Cayetano Z x Sterrehof’s Ushi and Sterrehof’s Cayetano Z x Sterrehof’s Centolina.
